Being in business for almost two decades means that we have seen it all, and so have all of our techs. We’ve been through nasty backed up sewage in basements, and we’ve been working at 3AM fixing a main sewer line that started to leak in the basement and had it fixed before the tenants in the building all woke up. We’ve had to replace shower bodies (the guts of the shower in the wall) and retile the whole wall immediately. We’ve replaced hundreds of faucets, in kitchens and bathrooms, and schools all over New Jersey. We’ve replaced toilets, run new waste lines, fixed old waste lines, run new drain lines, and repaired old ones. We’ve opened up a street to replace a sewer main when it collapsed and backed up the whole house (lots of old plumbing in New Jersey). We’ve done simple jobs like the excitement of running a water and ice line for a new refrigerator so the kids could get their own ice. We’ve installed brand new bathrooms in basements so the kids wouldn’t have to run upstairs with their friends while playing ping pong or xbox in their kid cave. We’ve advised homeowners about how to layout an addition to so that the plumbing was as inexpensive and easy to run as possible, saving them money. We’ve run new waste lines and had to open up the roof to install a new vent pipe for that waste line. We’ve fixed boilers in the dead of winter and fixed hot water heaters in the middle of the summer.
